I wouldn't be exaggerating if I say Cricket is considered as a religion in India.   It is a game, which has gained a lot of popularity over the years and it continues to remain one of the most favorite sports of Indian fans. Over the years, the love of this sport kept on increasing by leaps and bounds. Every match of Team India is cheered with a great enthusiasm. Cricket was initially originated in England, and it gradually proceeded to other parts of the World. My love for cricket didn't begin from childhood. I actually hated this sport, but since I was the youngest in the family, I had to watch all the cricket matches just because my whole family loved cricket. I still remember I use to make a sad face and sit at one corner of the room, just because I wasn't given to watch my favorite cartoon show. My love for cricket began, when I was watching the T-20s, 2007 World Cup Series. This was the first T-20 world cup series which was ever introduced. Since that series,

A mother, known as mom, maa, mama, aavoi, ibu, aai... though designated by different names,  a mother, is the best women one could have in their life.. She knows when your down,  She knows how to bring you back.. She understands you, she cares for you... She corrects you when your wrong, and always motivates you to perform the best.... She can do anything, for her child's happiness.. There are times, when she's let down by her child.. but she doesn't mind it and continues to love her child, because her child is her world..  She's always there and she'll always be there.. Mama! When your uncertain about something, just wait for a while and think.. Decisions taken in haste always lands one in problem, Be sure about the decision you make.. Be sure about what you want in life... Be sure that your decision doesn't not hurt another individual, Be sure you do not let down the people who consider you as their world... Be sure you don't regret for the things you have done... Be sure about yourself, and the decisions you make, As sometimes life doesn't give you another chance to correct yourself...

As I was child, I still remember my first priority was my dolls and my cooking set, which was gifted to me by my mother... I use to spend hours taking care of them... It was such an age when I neither cared about the clothes nor about the way I tied my hair… I just remember my mom, use to dress me up with little cute frocks and tie a “coconut tree” over my head. When I went to school for the first time, everybody told me that most of the children cry on the first day of school. But I didn't find any reason to cry on the first day of school, on the contrary I was very happy because I got some new friends to spend time with... As a child I wanted to become a doctor, an air force pilot, an engineer, actually almost everything, It was an age when nobody cared about the problems or the consequences one had to face after doing some craziness… Childhood was one of the best times one is given to live….

I still remember that particular day ,when our new teacher entered the class.. We were a bunch of young noisy students, but when she entered the class, there was a pin drop silence in the class. We were very sad about the fact that our previous teacher, won't be teaching us for this semester, and we were also very excited about the new teacher.. At last the moment arrived when the new teacher walked in the class.. She seemed so nervous, as it was also her first experience as a teacher. All of us tried our best to introduce ourselves before the new teacher in a very innovative way so that our first impression would be a lasting one on her... As days passed by, we got to know her much more better. We were expecting her to be very strict, but she continued to be very loving and caring. Love, is something that happens unexpectedly, Nobody knows why love happens or how does it happens.. Its nothing planned nor executed, It just happens... and when it does happen, seriously life seems amazing... You feel like, you have conquered almost everything, You think about that person almost every moment, even if that person isn't around you... You just feel like being around that person. Sometimes its just that person who can bring a huge smile on your face, when your sad.. Sometimes you trying looking at your lover in the crowd, only to find he also is looking at you... Such moment completely make you feel in heaven..

Initially when I and my few friends thought of going to an old age home, we never knew this experience would be an unforgettable one. Then we all choose Asilo Old Age home, Mapusa. Prior to one day, I went to take permission and I got an appointment for the next day at about 10 o’clock. As per the appointment, me and my 4 other friends, visited this place. First of all, there was a bit of hesitation as to how would be the reaction of the people staying there, as this was at least for me the first time I visited an old age home. But things went quite smoothly than I expected. We met everybody one at a time, distributed a few Christmas sweets, shared their experiences, listened to them, and their stories. We all were amazed to see a beautiful crib over there, it was made with real flowers and plants; this crib was directed by a lady, staying in the same old age home. It is remarkable how they continue to carry a smile on their faces, even after going through such bitter phrases
