Miss you Uncle

It was a bright sunny afternoon, when I was sitting in the park admiring the beauty of nature,
The beautiful greenery, the sound of the birds chirruping, children playing,
When suddenly, my attention was caught by a young child who came to the park along with her uncle on a Avaitar…
And this instantly took me back in time when I was a kid…
I actually remembered the time, I spent with my uncle…
Yes, My Uncle --- the most jovial person and by himself an inspiration to many.
He was very popular among people of all the ages…

His favourite ride was his bike, the Avaitar..!!
Where he travelled anywhere and everywhere and enjoyed every moment on it!!

As a kid, I was very fond of him; actually I still adore him…
I think his great sense of humour and amazing persona was the reason why everyone instantly got along with him…

We had several things in common; I still remember, he was the first person who taught me, how to handle a camera,
And yes!! If today, I click photographs or record videos; I owe him a lot as he taught me the technical aspect..!!

He always was concerned about everyone and never complained about anything,
A quality that I worship about him.. (I wish, I could I adapt it in my life too..)

He always made things so simple when everyone was frustrated or lost temper..
In short, a complete “Peacemaker”

It’s not that he didn’t have problems in his life,
He had a hell lot of, but he never showed nor discussed it with anyone..

All I remember about him, was he was always jovial and had a smiling face…

His death came in an unnatural manner while he was travelling,
And I didn’t know, our journey would end so soon…
That day, it was not just my heart that cried but also my soul,
I wondered why God did that to me!!

With every passing day, I tried comforting myself,
No matter if his not with me but his blessing are always there with me… (I feel it…)

Today, no matter wherever I see an Avaitor bike, I remember him!!!
And all those wonderful memories which we all spent together..

Trust me, Uncle you have left lasting mark in my life,
You were, are and will always be my inspiration!!

I hope to be like you someday…

Miss you Uncle…!!
