“The children come quite frequently to play over here; the boating facility has given a boost to the number of people visiting this place. But however it isn’t acceptable, when adults go on these boat rides.” said D’souza.

The Park in Caranzalem is too, one of the famous parks in the city, which is situated away from the hustle and bustle of the capital city. It’s a nice recreational place for children and elderly alike. In the evenings, the lane besides the park is packed with a number of cars parked along the lane.

We love the sunset view over here, but in the evening since there are a large number of children, it becomes a really noisy environment. But I do love coming over here with my family, especially on weekends.”

CCP (Corporation of the city of Panaji) is in charge of the Caranzalem Park. Surendra Furtado, the Mayor of Panaji said, “Caranzalem is one of the biggest parks in Goa. It has a beach side view.
